PVCu sheet carries the latest fire certification to BS476 Part 7 Class 1.

Insulation
Excell Trade Frame Door Panels are constructed with a core of Styrofoam to maintain high levels of thermal insulation.

Adhesion
Excell Trade Frame Door Panels are manufactured using a one-part moisture curing adhesive.

Reinforcement
Excell Trade Frame Door Panels recommend the inclusion of 13mm MDF 25mm MDF core on all woodgrain panel reinforcement for added security in every panel. Plywood reinforcement is included in all woodgrain panels for increased stability.

Toughened Glass
Toughened safety glass from Pilkington Textured Glass range to BS6206 is included as standard in all glazed panels. Excell Trade Frame Door Panels complies with BS6262: Code of Practise for Glazing of Buildings: Part 4 Safety. Other options such as K Glass, Bronze anti-sun and the Glaverbel range are available on request.

Lead
To minimise the natural process of oxidisation Excell Trade Frame Door Panels recommends the use of antique lead on the external face of the glazed unit.

Bevels
All bevels used by Excell Trade Frame Door Panels are cut glass to maintain the highest standards of appearance and resistance to weathering. These are bonded to toughened glass using the latest bevel adhesive technology. Inset photographs in this section of this website illustrate the quality and appearance of our bevel designs.

Sandblast Designs
Further inset photographs show the designs sandblasted on to clear toughened glass. The option of reverse sandblasting, leaving the design element clear is also available but must be specified at the time of order.

Georgian Bars
A range of Georgian bar options, including white, woodgrain, woodgrain on white, Sherwood on white is available. Gold Royale bar is available on request.
